Mobile bars for your event
Surrey Bar Hire currently have five styles of pop up bars - Traditional, Illuminated, 'ice style' illuminated lumaform bar, Brushed Aluminium, or a standard tall/short trestle table. We also have a small bar trailer for festival/outdoor themed events (see gallery).
Please enquire about champagne receptions, table service, and specialist drinks. We are always eager to go the extra mile to make your event special.
We are very flexible in order to suit your needs. There are three basic bar options to choose from - Cash, Free, or Dry Hire. Please explore which of these options are best for your needs.
SERVICES
CASH BAR
Cash bars are a popular option. This option varies on it's charges based on numbers and what sort of party it is for. It is also subject to terms, conditions, and availability. Once booked, let Surrey Bar Hire do the rest of the work for you!
Included in this option we have a licensed bar, fully stocked with any drink you choose, staff, glassware*, and bottle disposal.
The bar tariff is flexible in order to suit the needs of your specific event.
You may want to put some money behind the bar as a tab to kick off the evening. That is not an issue!
Enquire about credit/debit card readers.
*Strong polycarbonate glassware included in package. Excess losses/breakages may be charged to client.
FREE BAR
You may be feeling generous to your guests and decide that you would like to hold a free bar for them at your event.
You may either supply the alcohol yourself or have us stock the bar for you.
We can supply the bar furniture, staff, glassware, bottle collection, etc. Just enquire about which services you require.
This option is popular as an evening bar for higher budget weddings for example. It works well in conjunction with a champagne reception, as well as wine table service during the wedding breakfast - services that we can also supply for you.
DRY HIRE
With this option, we supply you only with the bar furniture and accessories. The bar is not stocked or staffed.
You may have your whole event planned down to every detail but realise that your event needs that special focal point. We can help you by supplying a professional and functional bar area that is in keeping with the theme of your event.
We can supply you with front bars, back bars, optics, fridges, draught systems, glassware, and any necessary accessories.
We will even set-up and dismantle the bar for you. Just let us know where to put it!
